Online Bidding Will Begin To Close On Tuesday, November 29th, 2022 At 12 NOON

PICK UP: Tuesday, November 29th until 4 PM & Wednesday, November 30th between 9 AM - 4 PM. Unit must be completely cleaned out before end of business Wednesday, November 30th, 2022.

A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected before the winner may enter the unit. The deposit will be returned to Buyer after a Fowler Storage representative has verified that the unit has been satisfactorily cleaned.

· This is an ONLINE auction only.
· A 15% Buyer's Premium and Madison County sales tax of 5.5%% will be added to the highest bid.
· Winning invoice will be emailed on Auction Day by 2 PM to the email address used for registration.
