The Tom Henderson Estate - A Distinguished Firearm Collection Auction

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND & STAGGERED CLOSING: When a bid is placed on an item in the final 3 minutes of bidding for that lot, bidding on that lot will automatically be extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction lot scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time for that lot will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on a certain lot within a 3-minute time frame.  Lots will close in groups every 3 minutes.  Lots that extend will continue to remain open until there has been no bidding within a 3-minute time frame.

REVISED Preview:  Sunday, October 11th between 1 PM - 3 PM
REVISED Pick Up:  Wednesday, October 14th between 10 AM - 2 PM.  There will be NO pick up on Tuesday, October 13th

Proper identification showing your current residential address is required before a background check can begin. To be clear, the address on your driver’s license must match the address used during registration and must reflect your current place of residence.

· FFL Dealer on site.  A $15 FFL Background Check Fee will be applied to each firearm.
· A 10% Buyer's Premium & 5.5% General Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price.
  Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises.  Payment options:  Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· ALL REGISTERED BIDDERS WHO PLAN TO BID ON A FIREARM OR AMMO MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & MUST PASS AN FBI BACKGROUND CHECK.  

· FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All Buyers must provide a valid identification showing age.  A FBI background check must be performed and passed before possession of any firearm will be transferred to any Buyer. If the Buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the Buyer's Premium forfeited.  (In other words, if you cannot pass the background check, do not bid on firearms.)
 
· FIREARM TRANSFER:  After a background check for an Alabama resident of 21 years or older has been passed, firearm(s) will be transferred to the Buyer.

     Non-Alabama residents:  Please provide William Gray a copy of the destined FFL’s certificate, phone number & address.  Email this information to [email protected].  FFL is Buyer’s choice and firearm(s) will be shipped to that destination.  Buyer is solely responsible for any fees in addition to the FBI background check that the designated FFL charges.
