· A 20% deposit (escrow money) of the total purchase price will be retained within 24 hours of auction with balance due on or before 30 days.

· 2022 Taxes: $1372.60. 2023 taxes will be prorated.

· Equipment: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchased items can be removed from premises.
