IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:  If you plan to pay your invoice by credit card, please do so ONLINE or call our office (at 256-420-4454) before picking up.  Only cash or checks will be accepted at the auction location due to the lack of internet service.

PICK UP NOTE FOR FIREARMS:  Pick up for firearms ONLY will be Thursday, June 19th between 12 Noon - 4 PM at Fowler Auction in Toney, AL.  Background checks must be completed before firearms will be released.

· FFL Dealer on site.  A $15 FFL Background Check Fee will be applied to each firearm.
· A 10% Buyer's Premium & 5.5% General Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price.
  Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises.  Payment options:  Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· ALL REGISTERED BIDDERS WHO PLAN TO BID ON A FIREARM OR AMMO MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & MUST PASS AN FBI BACKGROUND CHECK.  

· ALL BUYERS MUST PRESENT A CURRENT ID (OR OTHER DOCUMENT WITH PROOF OF ADDRESS) MATCHING CURRENT ADDRESS TO FFL WHEN SUBMITTING PAPERWORK FOR BACKGROUND CHECK. 

· FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All Buyers must provide a valid identification showing age.  A FBI background check must be performed and passed before possession of any firearm will be transferred to any Buyer. If the Buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the Buyer's Premium forfeited.  (In other words, if you cannot pass the background check, do not bid on firearms.)
 
· FIREARM TRANSFER: 
     After a background check for an Alabama resident of 21 years or older has been passed, firearm(s) will be transferred to the Buyer.

     Non-Alabama residents:  Please provide William Gray a copy of the destined FFL’s certificate, phone number and address.  Email this information to [email protected].  FFL is Buyer’s choice and firearm(s) will be shipped to that destination.  Buyer is solely responsible for any fees in addition to the FBI background check that the designated FFL charges.
