A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected before winner(s) may enter each unit. The deposit will be returned to Buyer(s) after a Fowler Storage representative has verified that the units have been satisfactorily cleaned & swept.

· A 15% Buyer's Premium and Madison County sales tax of 5.5%% will be added to the highest bid.
