FUNDRAISER AUCTION BENEFITING ARDMORE STATELINE BAND
Online Bidding ONLY Will Begin To Close On Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at 7 PM
All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the band to assist with fees, transportation, competition costs, etc. We would greatly appreciate your contribution. We genuinely encourage you to bid generously and often this evening.

A credit card is required to create a bidding account on our website. For this auction, all winning Bidder's credit cards will be charged after the auction has ended. No payment transactions will be accepted during pick up.
All items can be picked up on Saturday, May 11th between 10 AM - 2 PM at the Ardmore Band Room.

Remember, auction closes this evening at 7 PM so get your bids in quickly. Fowler Auction will charge the card on file for all winning invoices Friday morning. Paid invoices will be emailed to you to show at pick up. Pick up will be Saturday morning, May 11th at the band room.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
NOTE: It is very IMPORTANT that every Bidder read and understand the terms & conditions BEFORE bidding (either online or LIVE). Each Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting this property BEFORE bidding (property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS).
