· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to the Estate Of James D. Owen) or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

Pertaining to firearms that are included in this catalog:
· All firearms must be picked up at Fowler Auction located at 8719 Highway 53 in Toney, AL 35773. FBI background check will be conducted at this location.
· Payment in full is required before proceeding to FFL. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· ALL REGISTERED BIDDERS WHO PLAN TO BID ON A FIREARM OR AMMO MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & MUST KNOW HE/SHE WILL PASS A FBI BACKGROUND CHECK.
· FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All Buyers must provide a valid identification showing age. A FBI background check must be performed and passed before possession of any firearm will be transferred to any Buyer. If the Buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the Buyer's Premium forfeited. (In other words, if you cannot pass the background check, do not bid on firearms.)
· FIREARM TRANSFER: After a background check for an Alabama resident of 21 years or older has been passed, firearm(s) will be transferred to the Buyer. Non-Alabama residents: Please provide David Vess a copy of the destined FFL’s certificate, phone number and address. Email this information to david@fowlerauction.com. FFL is Buyer’s choice and firearm(s) will be shipped to that destination. Buyer is solely responsible for any fees in addition to the FBI background check that the designated FFL charges.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
