· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 2.25% Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight each auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

This Catalog Closes Tuesday, January 16th At 6 PM.
This catalog has "Bid 1 Extend All" meaning if there is a bid on any lot within the 2-minute interval, all lots will remain open for bidding until there is no bidding activity within a 2 minute time frame.
Time Clock:
From 6 PM - 7 PM, all lots will extend 5 minutes
From 7 PM - 7:30, all lots will extend 3 minutes
From 7:30 - Auction Close, all lots will extend for 2 minutes UNTIL there is NO bidding activity within a 2-minute time frame
