· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 2.25% Farms Sales Tax/5.5% General Sales Tax (whichever is applicable) will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

AUCTION PICK UP CHANGE: Because of the significant rainfall our area is about to receive, we will change pick up day to next week, Wednesday, January 31st between 10 AM - 3 PM.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
