Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the final purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of the auction's closing. DEFAULT: If purchases are not settled by the specified closing/pick up day, it will be considered in default.
