· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 2.25% Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

This auction features an EXTEND ALL clock which means that all lots will stay open and be available for bidding until there is no bidding within a 90 second time frame. Please continue reading to understand.
· The auction is set to close at 7 PM. If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the lot's time to close, ALL LOTS will stay open for bidding for an additional 5 minutes.
· At 7:20 PM, the clock will be set to close in 3 minutes. ALL LOTS will stay open for bidding for an additional 3 minutes.
· At 7:40 PM, the clock will be set to close in 2 minutes. ALL LOTS will stay open for bidding for an additional 2 minutes.
· At 8:00 PM, the clock will be set to close in 1 minute 30 seconds. ALL LOTS will stay open for bidding for an additional 1 minute 30 seconds until there has been NO bidding activity on ANY lot for 1 minute 30 seconds.
