The approximately 38'x15' cabin with a 7'-17' porch was moved to its current location approximately 15 years ago by Hobbs House Moving
The Seller believes this cabin was originally built between 1850 & 1865
Newspapers currently line the walls for insulation
Has a tin roof
Has an attic but ladder is no longer present
Any content seen in the pictures are not included in the sale of the log cabin
Stones for the fireplace are included
Can be moved as whole or disassembled
Cabin is currently located off Nick Davis in Athens, Alabama
