A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected before the winner may enter unit. The deposit will be returned to Buyer after a Fowler Auction representative has verified that the unit has been satisfactorily cleaned.

· A 15% Buyer's Premium and Madison County sales tax of 5%% will be added to the highest bid.
